I am a dark Hispanic male with hair on my back and need to get it permanently reduced?
Any one know the difference between laser and IPL technology?

I do my full body and am dark skinned Puerto Rican male. I go to Miami Beach, close to Aventura called:
Miami Laser Hair Removal in Bay Harbour. I am almost done and am very satisfied.
Call them and ask them the difference between laser and IPL. They are super nice and will answer all your questions.
By the way, they are very clean which was one of the first things that impressed me.
